We have sold and purchased multiple homes in the past, but recently we chose Kristine as our agent for the first time. We used Kristine to sell our condo, which had been rented out and in dire need of renovation. We had a long discussion with her in which she outlined the pros and cons of doing certain renovations and the expected listing price for each. Kristine was very knowledgeable of the market and what she deemed necessary to obtain the best price.
